Dr. Dennis Klein completed his BA in Spanish in 1965 and his MA in Spanish in 1967. We are grateful for his dedication to the Department of Spanish and Portuguese and its students as reflected in his creation of the Dennis Klein Scholarships.

José María de Osma was a professor in the KU Department of Spanish and Portuguese in the mid twentieth century. The fund established in his memory allows us to make several awards to undergraduate students, including our awards for a Senior outstanding major in Spanish and for four outstanding minors.
