About GRASP

The Graduate Association for the Department of Spanish and Portuguese (GRASP) is one of several student organizations that participates in the Graduate and Professional Association (GPA) and its representative senate. As such, our organization adheres to the general statement of purpose of this larger organization.

  2. Stimulating intellectual engagement in contemporary academic, scholarly, and political discourse
  3. Administering GSA funds in accordance with the needs of graduate students and the academic goals of the department as a whole
