Diana Paticia Londoño Ramírez
College of Liberal Arts & Sciences - Spanish & PortugueseDiana Londoño is originally from Colombia. She has a B.A. in Communication with a specialization in publishing. She spent six years working as an editor and editorial assistant. She has an M.A. in Hispanic American literature from Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá. She has teaching experience in Spanish advanced composition at Michigan State University, and was a middle school teacher of Spanish language grammar and literature for three years in Bogotá. She is married to Alcides Velasquez, assistant professor in the Communication Studies department at KU. They have two sons, Tomás and Benjamín.
