Andrés was born and grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At age 15 he moved to Toronto, Canada until he moved to Lawrence, KS at age 29. He obtained his B.A. in Spanish & Italian from Queen’s University in 2009 and his M.A. from the University of Kansas in 2016.
